No. These are not sold as original Chrome Hearts products. Studios Chrome is an independent shop and is not affiliated with Chrome Hearts. Check the product photos and description before ordering.

Are the long sleeves unisex?

Yes. Choose according to your preferred fit, rather than a men’s or women’s label. Cuts can vary between models.

Which size should I choose?

Start with your usual size and check our S–XL height guide. XL is suggested up to around 195 cm, depending on your build. Height alone cannot guarantee sleeve length or fit; compare with a top you already wear comfortably.

Can I mix models and sizes?

Yes. Choose one, two or three items. Open the photo selector for each item, pick a model and choose its size independently.

How does the offer work?

At the EUR price of €34.95 each, two items are €59.90 and three are €80 when the corresponding offer is active. Other currencies use the offer shown for your market. Checkout confirms the final amount.

When will my order arrive?

Our estimated schedule is dispatch around two days after ordering and arrival around ten days after ordering. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. The delivery information for your address is shown at checkout.

How should I wash my long sleeve?

Check the care label first. If machine washing is permitted, choose a gentle cycle at 30°C, turn the garment inside out and wash with similar colours. Avoid bleach and ironing directly over the print.

Can I request a refund?

Yes. Contact support@studioschrome.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Eligibility, return deadlines and any costs are explained in our refund policy. Contact us before sending an item back.

Are all models the same cut?

No. Necklines, cuffs and silhouettes can differ between models. Use the photographs to choose the shape you prefer.

Where do you deliver?

Delivery options are available for the UK, the Netherlands, Poland, Italy, France and Germany. Available services and costs depend on your address and are shown at checkout.

Can I put it in the tumble dryer?

We recommend air drying to help protect the print and the shape of the garment. Avoid tumble drying unless the care label specifically permits it.

Is payment secure?

Payment is processed through Shopify checkout. You can see the payment methods available for your country before confirming your order. Never send card details by email.

What if my parcel does not arrive?

Contact support@studioschrome.com with your order number so we can check the delivery status with you. If the parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us photos of the damage.
