§ 1 Toepasselijkheid en contractpartij

(1) These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all orders placed via the online store studioschrome.com.

(2) The contracting party is:

(3) Our deliveries, services, and offers are made exclusively on the basis of these GTC. The contractual language is English.

§ 2 Totstandkoming van de overeenkomst

(1) The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.

(2) By clicking the "Buy Now" button (or an equivalent order button), you place a binding order for the items contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent immediately after submission via an automated email (order confirmation). The sales contract is concluded upon receipt of this confirmation email.

§ 3 Prijzen en verzendkosten

(1) The prices listed on the product pages include statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) and other price components.

(2) Unless otherwise stated on the product page or in the shipping conditions, standard delivery is free of charge. Charges for optional express delivery will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

§ 4 Betaalmethoden

We offer the following payment methods in our store:

  • PayPal: Payment processing is managed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.

  • Klarna: In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), we offer various payment options (e.g., Pay Later / Invoice or Pay Now).

§ 5 Eigendomsvoorbehoud

The delivered goods remain the property of studioschrome until full payment of the purchase price is received.

§ 6 Levering en tracking

(1) Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery period is 7 to 10 business days after the order is processed. Processing generally takes place within 24 to 48 business hours.

(2) Once the package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to follow your shipment.

§ 7 Herroepingsrecht

Consumers have a statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Detailed information, deadlines, and the standard withdrawal form can be found in our separate Cancellation Policy. The buyer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

§ 8 Wettelijke garantie en transportschade

(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects immediately to the courier and contact us without delay at support@studioschrome.com. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no impact on your legal rights, but it helps us assert our own claims against the carrier.

§ 9 Beperking van aansprakelijkheid

For damages caused by simple negligence, studioschrome shall only be liable if an obligation is breached whose fulfillment is essential to achieving the objective of the contract (cardinal obligation). In the event of injury to life, body, or health, statutory liability applies without limitation.

§ 10 Slotbepalingen en geschillen

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

(2) The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution proceeding before a consumer arbitration board.
